 Companies have the opportunity to store their product in our warehouses all of which have access to rail and truck docks. The ceiling heights range from 7' 0" to 34' 6". There are heated and unheated warehouse storage options depending on the businesses needs.
Businesses storing their product and/or locating in the RCH Enterprises complex, find it advantageous because we are easy to access and conveniently located near downtown, the business district and a 4 lane highway system.
Light and Heavy Industry
 The RCH Enterprises complex meets the demands of light and heavy industry.
This facility is entirely sprinkled for fire protection. The power service available is 220 volt 3 phase and 440 volt 3 phase. We offer twenty-four hour on-site security personnel including cameras monitoring the perimeter of the facility which is enclosed with a chain link fence.
Rail and Truck Docks
This complex has 6 rail docks with two spurs entering the building for inside unloading and re-loading capabilities onto truck or rail car.
20 truck docks throughout the facility offer convenient freight handling.
Expansive paved and unpaved parking areas surround the entire complex.
Overhead Cranes
This complex has three overhead cranes. On 25 ton crane and two 6 ton cranes.
One 25 ton crane has a distance between loading floor and crane hook of 27' 6".
